Ingredients

1/4 pound flour, all-purpose
1 each egg
6 ounces beer
1 x soda water to thin to proper consistency
1 x salt to taste

Directions

Use this for onion rings or fried chicken.

The thicker the batter, the heavier the coating.

Adjust to your preference.

Mix eggs and flour together, then thin out with beer and then seltzer.

Makes 1 cup
