Ingredients

2pounds beef roast raw, cut up
2each carrots sliced
3each potatoes cut up
1each onion cut up
1/2each green peas package, frozen
1x salt to taste
1x black pepper to taste
1each soup, cream of mushroom can

Directions

Place all ingredients in a crockpot and cook on high for 4 hours, stirring occasionally; or bake uncovered at 275 degrees for 5 hours.

Tartar Sauce

I like this version of it but its too expensive and it deals with a lot of ingredients. I usually use relish, mayo, and vinegar. Recipeland version tastes better.
