Enjoy a hot summer day with this delicious drink made from bananas, mango juice and a bit of rum.

Ingredients

2 each banana peeled and sliced
1 can pineapple rings in juice
6 ounces mango juice
6 ounces rum to taste
1 x ginger ale
1 each maraschino cherry

Directions

Throw all the ingredients except the ginger ale/soda & cherry in a blender and liquefy.

Toss a couple ice cubes in a collins glass and fill it half way with banana republic. Add ale/soda to the top and stir slowly.

Toss in your Cherry, Now, put on a safari jacket, kick back in the lawn chair, crank up the stereo and sip away.

Chicken And Red Cabbage

Very easy and a great way to use up that head of cabbage that seems to always sit in my fridge. Chicken was very moist and cabbage takes on a bit of sweetness. Tasty and nutritious.
