| 4 | slices | angel food cake | |
| 4 | scoops | vanilla ice cream |
In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.
On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop of ice cream.
Spoon berry mixture over and around the cake.

Many people won’t be aware of this statement, but February 3rd is probably going to be the unhealthiest day of the year. The reason for this is because Super Bowl XLII is being held at University of Phoenix Stadium in Glendale, Arizona....
this is a very versatile recipe and always a crowd pleaser. you can guarantee it to vegetarians, or add meat as you choose. it is the most requested thing for me to bring to pot-luck suppers.since you have to make it in advance,there is no last minute rush.
