Ingredients

2 cups blueberries
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoons liqueur grand marnier or cointreau, orange flavor
4 slices angel food cake
4 scoops vanilla ice cream

Directions

In a bowl mix berries with sugar and Grand Marnier.

On each plate, set a slice of cake and top it with a scoop of ice cream.

Spoon berry mixture over and around the cake.
