***Try adding 1/3 cup drained Huckleberries and make you own recipe.
NO COOK FUDGE
1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/4 lb. butter
2 oz. Baker's unsweetened chocolate
3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. (or a little more) smooth peanut butter
Melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Pour over sugar. Add milk and vanilla. Stir until mixed well. Add peanut butter. Knead with hands until thoroughly mixed. Put in pan. Chill several hours.

Fruit flavored fudge is just replacing fruit variety.
I add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and almond extract in my recipe for fruit flavored fudge.
At The Lake Chocolate Cake
w/ Fantastic Fluffy-Fudge Huckleberry Frosting
3 C Flour
2 C Sugar
6 T Baking Cocoa
2 tsp. Baking Soda
1 tsp. Salt
2 C Water
2/3 C Vegetable Oil
2 tsp. White Vinegar
2 tsp. Vanilla
Mix first five dry ingredients. Beat on low speed for one minute, the one minute on medium speed. Add rest of ingredients, blend until smooth. Bake in greased 9 X 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Cool completely
Top with Fantastic Fluffy-Fudge Huckleberry Frosting
1 C Cold Milk
1 3.9 Package of Instant Chocolate Fudge pudding mix
8 ounce Cool Whip
1/2 Cup Huckleberries
Beat Milk and Pudding one minute - fold in
Huckleberrries, add a few huckleberries on top of each serving.
Dash of Cinnamon on top.
**Use this recipe and leave out cool whip, and it makes, fudge.

Mulberry Divinity Squares
Mullberry
Ingredients :
3 cup Sugar
3/4 cup Light corn syrup
3 x Egg whites
1 x 3 oz pkg. Mulberry flavor gelatin
2/3 cup Chopped, blanched almonds
1/2 tsp Almond extract
Method :
MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS:
An electric stand mixes is required for this candy, since a portable hand mixer might not be powerful enough to beat the thick mixture.
Line a 12X8" (2 qt) baking dish with foil so that foil extends over sides of dish. Butter foil. In 2 qt. microwave safe measuring cup, combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Microwave on high for 17 to 18 minutes, or until microwave candy thermometer reaches 260 F. (Hard ball stage) Stirring twice during cooking.
Meanwhile, in a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
Gradually add gelatin, beating until egg whites are stiff and glossy. Pour syrup mixture in steady THIN stream over egg whites, beating at high speed until mixture holds it's shape, about 3 - 6 minutes. Stir in almonds and almond extract.
Spread evenly in buttered, foil lined dish. Let stand at room temperature until completely cool and set, about 4 hours or overnight. Cut into 1" squares. (Dip knife into hot water if necessary to minimize sticking)
Store in airtight container in cool, dry place.
