Recipe Talk

Many years ago someone named Chef Tell appeared on an evening entertainment news tv show - PM Magazine or something similar. Once he prepared a simple chicken breast that was sauteed with half a ripe tomato on each breast. It was simple enough that I should remember it but I do not. There were other ingredients that I don't recall and the tomato was smushed on the breast after cooking.

Does this ring a bell with anyone? Searching the Internet hasn't given me any clues and neither has buying Chef Tell's cookbooks.

Unfortunately I don't know what the recipe is, but I'm also interested. I will be glad if you can find the recipe.
