I found the recipe I was looking for ! Here goes!
Lemon Crinkle Cookie Recipe 400 F 10 min.
1 cup shortening
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup milk
4 tsps. lemon extract
1 tsp. baking powder
4 cups flou1 tsp. baking soda
Cream shortening and slowly add sugar. Cream together very well. Add eggs andmix well. Then add milk and lemon extract, again making sure everythink is mixed well. Scrape bowl often.
Sift dry ingredients together and then slowly add to shortening mixture. When well mixed, drop spoonful of mixture onto confectioner sugar and roll gently and place onto greased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 F. for about 10 minutes. When cookies are cooled you may re-dip onto confectioners powdered sugar. Delicious.
*** I place all ingredients onto my food processor and it'sa breeze.
