A great Homemade Mushroom Burger with Pepper Jack Cheese, Red Onions, Avocado, Spring Mix Salad and R'emoulade Sauce. Served with Fries..

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise or salad dressing

2 hard boiled egg yolks,sieved

2 tablespoons minced parsley

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon dried chervil

1 tablespoon paprika

1 1.2 tablespoons Creole mustard

2 tablespoons white vinegar

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Dash of hot sauce

Combine all ingredients, cover and chill.
Yield: 1 3/4 cups
