Hello everybody. Looking for a particular casserole which had the main ingredients of potato, corn, and cream of mushroom soup, I believe. I think this may have been in one of the following cookbooks: "Cook It Quick", "Quick and Easy Meals for Two", or "I Hate to Cook" Book.

try this i think it's the one
CHIPPED BEEF CASSEROLE
1 1/2 c. cooked macaroni
1 pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
2 pkg. Partridge chipped beef
1 whole onion, chopped
1 stick butter
1 c. milk
1 can plain mushroom soup
Saute onion in butter. Cut chipped beef into small pieces and mix with the grated cheese and macaroni. Pour into buttered casserole and let stand overnight in refrigerator. Pour milk and mushroom soup over this before placing in a 350 degree oven. Bake 30 minutes or until heated completely and casserole is set.
