I was in Turkey recently and had a traditional Turkish dish called 'Osmane Pan' in a restaurant called 'The Green Room' in Alanya. I have been unable to find the recipe anywhere online so if anyone knows of this dish or where I might be able to find it, please let me know! Thanks.

had a reply from Barbie, she thinks it is a type of bread. is this correct.
An answer would be greatly appreciated, especially after the hours I have spent looking for this elusive recipe for you.

its actually OSMANISH PAN
A very special dish which gets its name from the Ottoman period in Turkish history. You can get the osmanish pan with lamb, beef or chicken. It is a stew with different vegetables and spices. The dish is made differently depending on the area and time of the year.
