Help! I was at an art show in Lincoln, NE. They had snacks and desserts out for people to try. Someone made a dessert - All I know is that it had Fritos and was sweet. Sort of like it was made from maple and frosting?, and whatnot, mixed together and formed into balls. The sweet and salt together was terrific. Anyone know of this recipe? I can't find it anywhere. Thanks.

FRITO SURPRISE
1 bag Fritos
1 large bag chocolate chips
Break up Fritos. Stir into melted semi-sweet chocolate
chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper. Let set in
refrigerator.
PLATANOS FRITOS
1 banana
1 large scoop vanilla ice
cream
1 Tbsp. butter
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
cinnamon
1/2 oz. Triple Sec liqueur
Heat butter in skillet for 45 seconds. Stir in brown
sugar and continue beating until sugar is absorbed into butter.
Cut banana lengthwise into quarters and place in skillet. Cook
about 45 seconds, constantly rotating skillet so that banana is
thoroughly coated with brown sugar. Place scoop of ice cream
in stemmed bowl. Arrange bananas around ice cream, sprinkle
with cinnamon. Pour Triple Sec on top, or for drama, flame
liqueur and pour over cream. Makes 1 serving.
