I have a excellent recipe for a vegitable dip. But it calls for a spice I can't find anywhere in Canada. It is Beaumont and was made by Spice Island spices. Is there a substitude I can use. I still see it available in the US but not in Canada.

1 tablespoon ground bay leaf
2 tablespoons white pepper
2 tablespoons black pepper
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon allspice
1 tablespoon mace
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 tablespoon cloves
