A lost treasured recipe for a Danish-style pastry is my wish. Can someone help?
The pastry calls for one egg, separated; the topping and filling consists of the whipped white, and cinnamon and blanched almonds.
I made it so often, I memorized the recipe, then I lost it and forget the name. or where it came form.
