I'm looking for a Carrot Sheet Cake that is actually baked in approx. a 15 x 10 x 1" sheet cake pan with cream cheese frosting. Can contain pineapple and/or banana but not FAR OUT stuff.

CARROT SHEET CAKE
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
4 eggs
Mix the above and then sift and mix these ingredients:
2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
Add to egg mixture and fold in 2 junior size jars baby carrots. Mix well and pour into greased sheet cake pan and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
TOPPING:
3 oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
1 box 4x sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Mix and spread on cake. Cut into squares. Freezes well.
