Had these at a shower but the hostest has lost her recipe book! Ingredients were pineapple cream cheese, powdered sugar, dried tropical fruit, chopped macadamia nuts. Mix, roll in coconut & refrigerate. They were oh SO good....anyone have a recipe that's similar???

Pineapple Coconut Snowballs
Serves 2 dozen
? hours 35 min prep
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, well drained
2 1/2 cups flaked coconut
In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and pineapple.
Mix well.
Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll mixture into 1-inch balls.
Roll in coconut.
Refrigerate for 6 hours or overnight.
