Does anyone have a copycat recipe to make Michelina's (Budget Gourmet) Macaroni and Cheese sauce from scratch?
I have searched the 'net and have come up with hundreds of Mac N Cheese recipes, all delicious, but none taste like Michelina's sauce.
I did find a recipe which is fairly close, using Stouffer's Welsh Rarebit sauce. But I am looking for scratch or semi-scratch -- milk and grated cheese or even cheddar cheese soup would be fine, just not a pre-packaged cheese sauce mix.
