Weight watchers chocolate log

When I was in my teens my mom used to make a recipe from Weight watchers called a chocolate log that I am dying to find. From what I remember, it was made by blending a bananna and some hot coco mix and other ingredients in a blender, which you poured onto a cookie sheet. The filling was fat free ricotta cheese with sweet&low. It was delicious and extremely filling with very little calories. If anyone has the recipe, I would love to see it posted.

CHOCOLATE SWISS ROLL
(For Diabetic Diets or Low-Fat)

-----------------

1 medium banana (ripe)

2/3 c. nonfat dry milk

1 tsp. baking soda

2 slices Lite less-calorie

bread

4 Tbsp. cocoa to equal 1/4 c.

I use Weight Watchers sweetener, their spoons. Use 6
spoons of Weight Watchers and 6 of sugar, regular spoons, and 1
teaspoon vanilla. Crumble the bread in blender or processor
until real fine. Put the banana in blender and eggs and
vanilla. Blend together, then add milk, cocoa, bread crumbs
and soda; blend. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan which has been
sprayed with Pam. Bake 15 to 20 minutes in a 350 degrees oven.
Remove from pan immediately onto a wax paper that has been
sprayed with Pam. Trim the edges off. Have the topping ready.

Topping:

3/4 c. Ricotta cheese

1 tsp. vanilla

3 tsp. sweetener*

*If you want it sweeter, add a little sugar.

Spread on top of cake. Roll like a jelly roll. Two
servings equals 1 bread, 1 egg, 1 soft cheese, 1 milk, 1 fruit
and 10 calories.
