I'm looking for this wonderful bar cookie that was in a magazine about 20 years ago. It was lost in one of three moves this year!!! It has always been a holiday favorite. The cookie part is a spice bar with raisinets, then glazed with a powdered sugar glaze, and chocolate drizzled over that. Then in the middle of each square are two raisinets. Help!! Not sure if this is the exact recipe; however,there is one on the following website that sounds a lot like it...it came out of Bon Appetit magazine (April 1982)

Thank you so much for taking the time to help me hunt this holiday favorite down. While this recipe is not the one I am looking for, it sounds like I might be able to adapt it from here. The recipe I'm searching for had raisinets IN the recipe itself as well as those (2) placed ON each cut bar. The bars were not only glazed with a powdered sugar glaze, but then chocolate was drizzled diagonally across the bars. Once cut they presented very festively! And they tasted wonderful!
