Recipe Talk

I need recipes i define as Spa Cuisine,low fat,low cal,low sodium,heart healthy repices with calorie count,fat gram count, sodium counts.I learned this style in the early 90's when in culinary school but now when i need this style of cooking i cant find heads or tale of even the term let alone recipes.Any help would be greatly appeicated.
