Hi,

I've been seeing baking chips/bits for sale and I would like to be able to make my own. I believe they are similar in texture to chocolate chips. I've seen lime baking chips, lemon, cherry, etc.

Can someone tell me how to make these? Is the recipe similar to fudge? Please help.
