This dip can be served with chips, crackers or even smoked salmon. It can be stored for a couple of days in the fridge, so whenever you feel like snacking, take it out.

Directions
Grate a horseradish root until you have a cup full. Add sour cream, heavy whipping cream and salt. Stir it thoroughly until it is all blended together. As the horseradish has a very strong taste there is not much more needed than just the salt. You can keep it in the fridge for a long time. It is a nice addition to all kinds of salty snacks, fish and you might even
