Directions
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees Cook 2 bacon slices till brown and crispy, cool then chop into bits. Set aside
Chop onions small Slice carrots very thin Slice garlic cloves In frying pan with olive oil saute onion, carrots, and garlic until soft, drain, set aside.
Mix all spices in a bowl. I just eye it, the amounts are up to you. Pour olive oil and Worcestershire sauce into bowl with spices. Keep pouring little bit of both until liquid consistency forms. Set aside.
Shred the Rosemary Olive Oil Asiago cheese block with small side of grater.
Take the tenderloin and slice along the side and slice enough almost to inner edge but dont slice completely in half. Open and flatten. Seer one side of the meat. That side will be where you layer everything on before rolling. After cooking the stuffing according to package, put one layer all across flatened tenderloin. Layer onions, garlic, carrots, bacon, and top with grated cheese.
Carefully roll tight and stick metal skewers through to hold together. Place on baking pan and pour marinade all over.
Bake in oven 1 hour at 425 Remove skewers, slice, and serve
