Ingredients

1 cup water
½ cup sugar
3 each mangos
1 each limes
juice of

1 each lemon
juice of
*
1 tablespoon rum
optional

Directions

Make a syrup by combining water and sugar in a non-corrosive pot and bring to a boil.

Simmer for 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let cool.

Peel and purée the mangoes.

Strain them through a fine sieve.

Combine all the ingredients and freeze.
