Directions
Step 1: Soak hand-pound rice and green gram together for 4 hours.
Step 2: Grind with green chillies, ginger, cumin, curry leaves, and salt into a smooth batter.
Step 3: Heat dosa tawa, spread the batter thin like dosa.
Step 4: Sprinkle chopped onion on top (optional).
Step 5: Drizzle oil, cook till golden on both sides.
Step 6: Serve hot with allam pachadi (ginger chutney).
