Healthy enriched fiber Penna pasta
alfredo sauce
1 ear of garlic roasted
Pick 3:
frozen peas
yellow squash
spinach
tomato
zucchini
red pepper
mushrooms
asparagus
roasted cauliflower
scallions
red onion
capers
eggplant
artichokes

Ingredients

Healthy enriched fiber Penna pasta
alfredo sauce
1 ear of garlic roasted
Pick 3:
frozen peas

capers

Directions

Roast garlic. Sauté veggies in olive oil. Simmer alfredo sauce and add garlic and veggies. Boil Penne. Mix it up. Garnish with parmesan.
