I am not vegetarian but try to eat vegetarian around 4 days a week. I dont feel that being vegetarian has to be all or nothing, making an effort to eat less meat is better than just saying "going vego is too hard".
I eat less meat because i believe it is better for health reasons, for the environment,ethically more sound and it is also more cost effective. Its also fun to have a cooking challenge!
