Ingredients

4 cups cheddar cheese grated
1 each onion finely chopped
2 each garlic cloves minced
6 each jalapeno peppers chopped
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup scallions, spring or green onions chopped
1 teaspoon garlic salt

Directions

In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Stir until well blended. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to blend before serving.

Chicken Italian (Low Salt, Low Fat)

I have got nothiing but good reviews with this recipe. The only thing I changed was not baking it but since it was summer time I put it on the grill unitl the chicken was done and marinatedted it a bit longer than 10 minutes. Good job with whom ever came up with this recipe. Thanks. sciaffa
