| 1/4 | cup | onion | finely chopped |
| 1/4 | cup | green bell pepper | finely chopped |
| 2 | pounds | pork shoulder butt | boneless, cooked, shredded |
| 2 | cups | beef bouillon | |
| 1 1/2 | cups | ketchup | |
| 1 | tablespoon | sugar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | cider vinegar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | worcestershire sauce | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | dry mustard | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | cinnamon | ground |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | chili powder | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 6 | ounces | egg noodles | cooked, drained |
In large skillet heat corn oil over medium heat.
Add onion and green pepper.
Cook, stirring, 1 minute.
Stir in next 10 ingredients.
Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 30 minutes or until thickened.
Toss with noodles.

I am not vegetarian, but this veggie burger I really love it, I do love the black beans inside, all the ingredients are pretty healthy! Five stars!
