Ingredients

3 Sq. chocolate unsweetened
1 3/4 cups milk
1/4 pound butter
1 7/8 cups sugar
2 cups flour, all-purpose
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 Package instant pudding mix, chocolate

Directions

Preheat Oven to 275 Degrees F.

Melt Chocolate in milk.

Pour over Butter. Add Sugar, Stir.

Add next 6 ingredients, mix with beater until smooth.

Pour into well greased Tube Pan.

Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours (test with toothpick).

Let cool.

Can be topped with Confectioners sugar for decorative touch.

Amazing Chewy Crispy Apricot Walnut Energy Bars

I made these crispy and chewy bars today, and they are really amazing, crispy outside and chewy inside, the fresh lemon zests and the dried apricots work very well with the bars, and I used brown rice cereal, anyhow I love them, and I will definetly make them again.
