| 2 | tablespoons | parsley leaves | fresh, snipped |

| 1/4 | cup | sour cream | |
| 1/4 | teaspoon | prepared mustard | |
| 2 | tablespoons | dill weed | fresh, minced |
| 1 | tablespoon | vinegar | |
| 1 | tablespoon | milk | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
In a bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and parsley.
Combine dressing ingredients; pour over cucumber mixture and toss gently.
Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.

I made this recipe last year and it is bar far the best home brew I have ever tasted. The ginger gives it a unique "snap". (pardon the pun) I coulsd drink it all day!
