| 1 | pound | pasta, rotini | tri-colour |
| 2/3 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 2 | tablespoons | cider vinegar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | prepared mustard | dijon |
| 2/3 | cup | mayonnaise | |
| 2 | large | celery stalk | chopped |
| 6 | slices | bacon | cooked and chopped |
| 2 | large | eggs | hard-cooked and chopped |
| 2 | each | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | x | paprika | optional |
Cook pasta in boiling water just until done, usually 11 to 13 minutes.
Drain and refresh under cold running water.
In a large bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, mustard and mayonnaise.
Add pasta and all other ingredients to dressing, mix carefullly, and taste for seasoning.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
