| 1/2 | cup | vegetable oil | |
| 4 | ounces | chocolate unsweetened | unsweetened, melted |
| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 4 | large | eggs | |
| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | cups | flour, all-purpose | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 1 | cup | powdered sugar |
Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in eggs, add vanilla. Mix in salt, baking powder and flour.
Chill several hours or overnight.
Drop 1 tablespoon dough into powdered sugar, roll into ball and bake on greased cookie sheet at 350F for 10-12 minutes.
