Ingredients

2 cups green beans french cut
3 cups black beans cooked
1 cup chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked
1 cup adzuki beans cooked
2 each onions sliced
2 each green bell peppers sliced
2 each celery stalks sliced
2 each scallions, spring or green onions thin sliced
2 cups vegetable oil
1/2 cup honey
2 cloves garlic pressed
1 each lemon juiced
1 cup white wine
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon parsley leaves

Directions

Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing thoroughly.

Chill overnight.

Parmesan and Balsamic Roasted Cauliflower

I had about 1/2 head cauliflower left, then I founf this recipe, there is no dried marjoram in the kithen, so I took dried thyme instead, and followed the directions, and these roasted cauliflower are really yummy, balsamic vinegar definetly added extra yum, great way to cook cauliflower.
