Ingredients

1 tablespoon butter melted
2 medium onions sliced
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon lemon juice fresh
2 each garlic crushed
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon seasoning
2 pounds beef, flank steak scored

Directions

Melt butter in skillet.

Cook and stir onions and 1/4 teaspoon salt in the butter until onions are tender.

Keep warm over low heat.

Stir together salad oil, lemon juice, garlic, 1/2 teaspoon salt and the pepper; brush on top side of meat.

Set oven control at broil and/or 550 degrees F.

Broil meat 2-3 inches from heat about 5 minutes or until brown.

Turn meat; brush with oil mixture and broil just until rare, 5 minutes longer.

Cut meat across grain at a slanted angle into very thin slices; serve with onions.

NOTE: A can of mushrooms can be added with the onions.

Fresh Corn and Red Pepper Bisque

I love corn, yesterday we used this recipe to cook our fresh and sweet corn, and it was fantastic, sweet corn, sweet onion and red pepper, they were so delicious as cooking together, later added sour cream and fresh cilantro, let the whole dish taste great. It is an excellent recipe.
