Ingredients

2 pounds beef, tenderloin
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon onion minced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 pound mushrooms
1 x salt
1 dash nutmeg
1/2 pint sour cream

Directions

Melt 2 tablespoons butter and sauté onions until yellow.

Add beef and cook quickly.

Add 2 tablespoons butter and mushrooms. Cook thoroughly.

Add salt, nutmeg and sour cream.

Mix thoroughly and serve with brown rice.
