| 2 | teaspoons | vanilla extract | |

| 5 | cups | oatmeal | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking powder | |
| 2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 24 | ounces | chocolate chips | |
| 8 | ounces | milk chocolate bars | |
| 3 | cups | nuts | chopped |
Cream: butter, sugar, brown sugar.
Add: eggs, vanilla.
In a separate bowl mix: flour, oatmeal (grind in blender till a fine powder), salt, baking powder (dash more if you want a softer cookie), baking soda.
Mix all and add: chocolate chips, chocolate bar, grated, and chopped nuts.
Place golf ball sized cookie dough drops on an ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 F for 6 min (or so).

Excellent! The sweet and tangy combination are delicious. You can used the dipping sauce for a variety of uses.
