Puree recipes

Pumpkin puree and evaporated milk make this bread moist and delicious. It's made with 100% whole wheat flour, but it doesn't look, feel and taste whole wheat at all. It comes out soft and fluffy in the inside, and golden-brown on the outside. The aroma from the oven during the baking makes your entire house smell like a good bakery.

This delicious chocolate bundt cake contains ground flax seeds, chopped walnuts, buttermilk and bittersweet chocolate, not only tasty but also full of goodness.

This is an all-purpose filling that can be used for cookies, bars, etc. I use it most often to fill hamantaschen. Extremely simple and delicious.

A classic pumpkin pie spike with rum. Dark, rich and delicious.

This is always a hit! I tweaked it by using 1/2 c oil and 3/4 c orange juice and it turned out great. We made these into muffins and put them in gift bags for our out-of-town guests at our wedding and they all loved them. For muffins, we baked at 350 for 25 minutes and it made about 22 muffins per batch.

A delicious and moist blueberry coffee cake. By using most whole wheat flour, some vegetable oil, apple sauce and a small amount of butter makes this cake contain much less fat and more fibre without losing any yumminess.

Very flaky and buttery, just right amount of sweetness! Definitely recommend this recipe for Christmas.

I live in Norway, but I have a good friend living in Missouri US. She sent me this recipe, and I just love it. Here in Norway we don't use pumpkin, so this was all new to me.

This is an all time favorite for my family, it never lasts very long.
