| 2 | tablespoons | soy sauce | |
| 2 | teaspoons | black pepper | |
| 2 | each | garlic cloves | |
| 8 | each | radicchio leaves | |
| 1 | cup | jicama | shredded |
Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan and cook together, to let the flavours blend.
Put mixture into the leaves and eat as a taco.
Serve with salsa.

Very yummy and tangy. Could use some more spice, perhaps some chili powder or some green chilis ground in the blender with the rest of it? Eli Hamlin
