When single strawberry just won’t cut it, go triple. This sipper stacks strawberry ice cream, fresh whole strawberries, and strawberry concentrate into one outrageously fruity milkshake.

The concentrate punches up the berry flavor so it tastes like you used twice as many fresh strawberries. Blended with cold milk until frothy, it’s the kind of shake that makes you close your eyes on the first sip.

Serve immediately before it melts. This one doesn’t wait around.

Kitchen Tips

  • Let the ice cream soften for about 5 minutes before blending so your blender doesn’t struggle.
  • Frozen strawberries work well here and give the shake an even thicker, frostier texture.
  • Can’t find strawberry concentrate? Swap in a couple tablespoons of strawberry jam or preserves for a similar boost.
