| 3/4 | pound | seasoned chicken tenders | |
| 8 | ounces | mild salsa | |
| 11 | ounces | mexicorn | |
| 15 | ounces | black beans | |
| 1/2 | cup | monterey jack cheese | shredded |
Prepare one bag of white rice according to package While rice is cooking, spray skillet with vegetable cooking Add chicken tenders, cook on medium heat until chicken is no longer pink.
Stir in salsa, corn, rinsed black beans and cooked rice.
Sprinkle with jalapeno Monterey jack cheese.
Heat until cheese is melted.
