Ingredients

3/4pound ground beef, lean
3/4pound ground pork lean
1/2cup rice converted, raw
1/2cup milkVideo
1/4cup onion minced
2tablespoons ketchup
1tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2large eggsVideo slightly beaten
1/2teaspoon salt
1/2teaspoon dry mustard
1/4teaspoon marjoram dried*
1/4teaspoon thyme dried*
1/4teaspoon black pepper *

Directions

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients together until well blended.

Pack into a 9x5 inch loaf pan, cover with foil, and bake at 350 degrees F. for 1-1/2 hrs (removing foil after 30 mins).

Even when cooked through, meat will still be slightly pink because of the ketchup.

Drain off fat, and let the meat loaf rest for 5 minutes before slicing to serve.

I think you mean instant or "minute" rice, because otherwise there is no way it would be soft.
