| 1 | teaspoon | vanilla extract | |

| 2 | cups | chocolate wafer or graham crumbs | |
| 1 | cup | coconut | |
| 1/2 | cup | nuts | chopped |
| Filling | |||
| 2 | tablespoons | custard powder | |
| 1/4 | cup | milk | |
| 2 | tablespoons | butter | softened |
| 1/2 | cup | peanut butter | smooth |
| 2 | cups | powdered sugar | or confectioner, sifted |
| Icing | |||
| 5 | ounces | chocolate (semi-sweet) | semisweet, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | butter | |
BASE: Melt chocolate and butter in microwave on high power 2 minutes.
Mix in sugar, vanilla and egg.
Add crumbs, coconut and nuts. Press into 9 inch square pan.
Chill.
FILLING: Using elctric mixer, beat together all ingredients.
Spread over base; chill.
ICING: Melt chocolate with butter in saucepan on Medium power 3 to 4 minutes.

I used mixed veggies instead of just peas and used capers in lieu of some salt. The rice & chix were finished before all the broth was absorbed. I'll try less broth next time. Great flavors!
