Ingredients

1 package rice pilaf chicken-flavoured
2 quarts water
5 cups peaches drained, diced
4 cups whipped topping, prepared
2 cups coconut shredded

Directions

Cook rice accoding to package directions. Allow rice to cool.

Fold in diced peaches, whipped topping and coconut.

Refrigerate until ready.
