| 1 | whole | goose breast | filleted |
| 3 | medium | onions | chopped |
| 16 | ounces | mushrooms, canned | canned, drained, sliced |
| 2 | ounces | almonds | slivered |
| 1 | x | seasoning salt | to taste |
| 2 | packages | rice noodles | oriental |
| 3 | large | celery stalks | cut into 1 inch pieces |
| 2 | each | sweet bell peppers | 1 red, 1 green, cut into strips |
1) Rinse goose breasts and pat dry.
Cut them into 1 inch slices and par-boil for 20 minutes.
Drain and reserve the broth. Let cook and cut into 1 inch cubes.
2) Sauté the goose, onions, mushrooms, and almonds in a skillet for 15 minutes.
Add salt and pepper to taste, and add the seasoned salt if desired .
3) Prepare the rice noodles according to package directions, using the reserved broth and adding the celery and pepper slices halfway through cooking time.
4) Combine the goose mixture and the rice mixture simmering for 15 minutes.
Then serve.

Fairly good, yesterday I made this recipe, and my husband made the whole grain baguette by himself, we used homemade salsa, and I also added about 1/4 cup cilantro, so our sandwich really turned out very delicious, nice recipe.
