Ingredients

3 each oranges pared and sliced
2 each avocados sliced
1 small jicama halved
1 x salad greens
Orange dressing
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon orange zest grated
1/4 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions

Arrange oranges, avocados and jicama (cut into julienne strips) on salad greens on 6 salad plates.

Serve with Orange Dressing.

Orange Dressing: Shake all ingredients in tightly covered container.
