| 2 | cups | sugar | |
| 3/4 | cup | margarine | |
| 1 | can | evaporated milk | |
| 1 | Package | instant pudding mix, butterscotch | |
| 2 1/2 | cups | oats, quick cooking |
Combine sugar, margarine and milk in saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Add pudding and oats and remove from heat.
Stir to mix.
Drop by spoonfuls on waxed paper.
Let cool 15 minutes.

I took this to a girls weekend and it was a hit with 6 ladies! Not mussy and very tasty. My new favorite breakfast csserole.
