When most people think of Kiwifruit, they start to dream about a tropical paradise. A place where the palm trees sway, the beach boys play and sunscreen is a necessity....
I found this recipe from a appetizer magazine, there are all kinds of dips and salsa recipes, this is one of them, and very easy and quick, all these fresh citrus fruits with avocado, very fresh and creamy taste. I served it with some chopped and sliced vegetables and some cracks, they were excellent.
