| 1 | pound | ground beef, lean | |
| 1 | can | mushroom soup | |
| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | parsley flakes | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | black pepper | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | sage | |
| 3 | tablespoons | ketchup | |
| 1 | tablespoon | barbeque sauce | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | garlic powder | |
| 1/2 | cup | oatmeal |
Combine all ingredients in bowl and mix well.
Pat down in casserole and bake (covered) 50 min. at 350, remove cover and continue to bake 15 min. to brown.
