| 1/2 | cup | cocoa powder | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoons | baking soda | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | cup | milk, 2% | low fat |
| 2/3 | cup | vegetable shortening | liquidt |
| 2 | large | eggs |
Preheat oven to 350F.
Grease and flour a 13 X 9 inch cake pan.
Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and beat just until blended.
Pour into prepared pan and bake for 40-45 miutes.
Let cool.
