Ingredients

1 one-pound loaf
3/4 cup water
2 tablespoons applesauce
2 teaspoons honey
1/4 teaspoon lecithin opt.
2 cups whole wheat flour
2 tablespoons whey powdered, optional
1 1/2 tablespoons gluten flour
2 tablespoons onion dried
2 teaspoons chives dried
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
3/4 teaspoon oregano dried
1/4 teaspoon basil dried, crushed
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry

Directions

Put igrediants in breadmaker and bake.

Toasted Pita and Pinto Bean Salad
